Established in 1994 Fountain Gate Physiotherapy prides itself on providing a caring environment designed to improve you faster and return to work or sport earlier. The clinic is designed to provide you the optimum environment for care. Treatment rooms are private. A fully equipped rehabilitation gym is available for use when required. A wheelchair friendly ramp provides access to the clinic from the carpark.
Home Visits
If you are not able to visit the clinic because of health or transport issues, we are able to provide physio home visits to the Berwick area.
When you have recovered enough to be able to reach the clinic for treatment then the travel time from the centre of Berwick is less than 10 minutes by car.
The most convenient way to reach the clinic from Berwick is via the Princes Hwy. Continue along the highway in the direction of Doveton and Dandenong until you reach the Webb St intersection. Cross through the intersection and immediately enter the service road on the left side.
Continue along the service road until you reach the intersection of Homestead Way. The clinic is located within the yellow building on this corner. Plenty of off street parking is located at the rear of the clinic. The entrance to the clinic is also situated at the rear of the building.
