We do treat all Workcover, TAC, Veteran affairs and Medicare EPC patients. We do not charge a gap for any treatment provided under these services. You do not require a GP referral for Workcover or TAC claims and we will bill the employer or insurance company directly. You do require a GP referral for Veteran Affairs or for EPC visits.
We see and treat patients for a wide range of conditions and diagnoses. Please visit our Services page for an extensive list of conditions and diagnoses we can see patients for.
Most extras cover on private health insurance provides coverage for physiotherapy. We are a BUPA preferred provider and are registered with the HCF More for Muscles program. The more for muscles program provides one free initial assessment per year for HCF members.
We do not charge a gap fee for Medicare EPC consultations and bulk-bill Medicare directly for Health Care Card Holders, Pensioners and children under the age of 16. Speak to your GP if you qualify for a referral under this program.

Common conditions include back pain, neck pain, sports injuries, arthritis, post?surgical rehabilitation, and mobility issues.
The initial consultation lasts between 30 and 40 minutes. This provides adequate time for a proper assessment, treatment and education. Follow up appointments generally last 20 minutes. Extended consultations of 40 minutes can be arranged as required.
Treatments may include manual therapy, exercise programs, dry needling, electrotherapy such as ultrasound, massage, taping, and education. There is also the possibility for the use of low level laser therapy. Laser therapy can be helpful for pain, tendon repair and wound healing.
Some discomfort may occur during manual therapy, massage or dry needling however the treatment is tailored to your comfort and individual needs
Manual therapy involves hands?on techniques to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function. Manual therapy can include techniques to increase the range of movement or ease of movement of your joints in the spine, shoulder, jaw etc.
Physiotherapy can help reduce low back pain by finding the underlying cause of your symptoms and creating a personalised treatment plan to improve movement, strength, and mobility. Through a mix of hands?on therapy, targeted exercises, and education, physiotherapy not only helps relieve your current pain but also teaches you how to prevent future flare?ups so you can get back to your normal activities with confidence.
Yes. Our physiotherapists are able to assist with your jaw or TMJ pain. The are able to assist with controlling and improving the pain oer the joint but also with managing heaadaches related to the TMJ. Treatment may include soft tissue mobilisations, exercise, massage and education. Superficial dry needling or low level laser therapy may also be required during the treatment.
