Traffic accident injuries
If you have been involved in a traffic accident there is a possibility you are eligible for treatment via the TAC. If your accident was not in Victoria you are not covered by the TAC.
You do require a valid claim number for treatment under the TAC. You need to contact the TAC and report the accident to them to get a claim number.
Sometimes there is a medical excess involved. There have been recent changes to the medical excess and you are able to find out more here.
At Fountain Gate Physiotherapy we are able to bill the TAC directly. We do not charge gap fees for treatment.
The TAC is also able to cover the cost of braces, crutches, tape etc. We are able to supply these for you as required.
