Clinical Pilates / Pelvic Floor Rehab Speciality

Tracey joined Fountain Gate Physiotherapy in 2013 with an interest in developing her skills with Pilates and Women's Health physiotherapy.

Over the last 5 years, Tracey has developed a holistic approach to management, listening to her clients to fully understand their issues and goals.


Tracey graduated from the University of Otago in 2011 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy.  She completed a intensive Clinical Pilates course in 2015, and a Women's Health course in 2017.


Tracey began her physiotherapy career working at Shepparton Base Hospital before joining Fountain Gate Physiotherapy in 2013.


Tracey is our Clinical Pilates and Pelvic floor rehabilitation physiotherapist.  She has particular interest in managing women through all stages of pregnancy, both pre and post natal.

Tracey has also trained in the use of superficial dry needling in the management of clients but uses a combination of techniques including mobilisation, stretching and strengthening exercises, and postural retraining.

Tracey is a keen hockey player and an important member of the Casey Cannons Hockey Club.
